1. How to make your order

We only take orders from EEC Countries. To be able to buy in our store its very easy.

[1] Add to the basket the items you are going to buy.
[2] Click Continue, the program will request your personal details (See Privacy Notices link about your personal details)
[3] In the Delivery Info. check your address details, shipping method, if you need it, you can add a comment about your order.
[4] Click Continue to Payment Info, at this moment, the only payment option is bank transfer.
[5]In this step, you can check your delivery address, product, and total amount included shipping fees. If everthing its ok, click on Confirm. You will recive a first e-mail with your former order. We will get in touch with you via e-mail to confirm the order if everything its ok or in case any trouble with sizes or colors. We also give you an international bank account number to make the deposit, which have to be made within 48 hours after the e-mail with the bank details.

2. Terms of shipping

All the items from MIRAHIPHOP are delivered via Zeleris Express Service, Urgent 19:00 delivery charged portage for Spain, for EEC Countries delivered by Mailing Post. If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped within 3-5 working days.

3. Prices

All prices include the tax of the value added (VAT 18%).

4. Delivery

AT THIS MOMENT WE ONLY DELIVER TO SPAIN, BALEARS ISLANDS AND EEC COUNTRIES. We do not ship to mail boxes. Standard shipping rates apply for each delivery for minimun weight. Spain: 6€ Notice: For Spain orders over 100€ prepaid portage (NOT ON SALES ITEMS). Balears Islands: 8€ Europe 25€ For Canary Islands please contact us.

5. Payment Options

[A] Bank direct transfer to our account at Deutsche Bank (number account and details will be provided in your order)

[B] Western Union for the EEC Countries at your Post Office (tell us your number, code number and amount sent, from 10,5€ cost) Payable to:

6. Refunds Policy

We have a policy of returns of 7 days in any goods. Return a product is easy. Just contact us.

7. How to return a product

The instructions of return come included in all MIRAHIPHOPs orders. In case that no longer you have these instructions, you can contact our Client Service by email and ask for a number of authorization return. The packages have to be returned with pre paid portage. We do not accept deliveries against reimbursement. Except defective material of origin. Next, send your return to the following address indicating clearly the number of authorization of return in the package:

Once we have received your product, the money will be paid to your account. If you want to change your product you must place a new order online. Since we start to elaborate your order as soon as we received it, we would be thankful to you that you cancel your order not later than 48 hours
